About Us
The Air League is a youth organisation designed to cater for anyone interested in aviation. Our main aim is to foster the spirit of aviation in the youth of Australia. There are 4 main groups of members
    Junior Cadets - 8 to 11 years
    Cadets - 12 to 15 years
    Senior Cadets - 16 to 18 years
    Officers - 18+
Activities

Drill

Members participate in drill competitions to foster self discipline, teamwork and leadership skills. Every year members compete against other squadrons in there state and every 2 years compete against squadrons all over Australia

Physical Activities

To keep our members fit and healthy we participate in swimming carnivals, athletics carnivals, and squadron level sports.

Education

The Air League has a large progressive badge system to encourage members to learn about aviation. Subjects include;
Aero Engines, Meteorology, Aircraft construction, Aero-modeling, Navigation, Air Activities, Aircraft Radio and much more

Air Activities

The Air Activities section has flying schools, experienced pilots and flight instructors to train members to obtain there student, private and commercial licenses. Many members of the aviation community have gone solo with the assistance of the Air Leagues Air Activities section.
